INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
Raspberries – Feel free to use fresh or frozen!
Milk – Any milk percentage will work but for best results, I recommend using whole milk.
Ice Cream – Use the best quality vanilla ice cream you can find.
HOW TO MAKE
To make the perfect raspberry milkshake, you’ll need good quality vanilla ice cream, milk, fresh or frozen raspberries, and a good blender. Start by blending 2 cups of vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup of milk and 1 cup of raspberries until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to thin it out.
TOP TIPS
- For the best results, use a good blender that can handle the thickness of the milkshake. You want the final product to be smooth and creamy, without any chunks of ice cream or raspberries.
- Once your milkshake is blended to perfection, pour it into a tall glass and top it with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. The whipped cream adds a light and airy texture, while the raspberries provide a tart and juicy burst of flavor that complements the sweetness of the milkshake.
- If you want to experiment with different flavors, try swapping out the raspberries for strawberries or blueberries.
CAN I MAKE IT AHEAD OF TIME?
Unfortunately, milkshakes can’t be made ahead of time because they will melt as they sit. I recommend enjoying it immediately after blending.
