Smoked Salmon Dip Without Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz smoked salmon
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, flake the hot-smoked salmon into small pieces using a fork. Be sure to remove the skin and bones beforehand.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon juice, chives, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more lemon juice for extra tang or more salt and pepper for more flavor.
  • Transfer the smoked salmon dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chives and dill.
