These rich and delicious double chocolate brownie cookies are the best cookies ever! Made with semi-sweet chocolate chips, brown sugar, and chocolate bark. This recipe makes about 24 cookies.
Cookies are the best treats to bring to a holiday party or small gathering. These double chocolate brownie cookies are super easy and fun to make. My little niece picked out the sprinkles and helped to decorate these. We absolutely loved these and I’m certain you will too!

How to make double chocolate brownie cookies
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar and butter until it’s fluffy. Mix in the egg whites and vanilla extract.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using a larger cookie scoop, or tablespoon, scoop balls about 1 1/2 tbsp in size. Roll the dough into a ball and place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Top with extra chocolate chips for appearance.
- Bake for 8- 10 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and then move to a sheet of wax paper until the cookies are set.
- If you choose to dip the cookies, wait for the cookies to completely cool before dipping. Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still warm.

Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Dip
- 6 oz chocolate bark
- 1/4 cup sprinkles of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
